5 Minute Overview

Upload and Share
Drag and drop or use the new button to create folders and upload files. Share with multiple reviewers, get a sharable link, send notes, restrict download or allow review without login.

Video Review
Use pushpins and rectangular annotation tool on each frame. Arrows let you easily jump between comments. Control video speed, zoom and volume while reviewing.

HTML Review
Share banners, HTML web pages, newsletters and emailers for review. Give feedback on all mobile responsive sizes.

Live Website Review
Create Weblinks and share live HTML or WordPress sites for review. Give feedback on all mobile responsive sizes.

PDF Review
Annotation tools let you markup as well as highlight or strike-through text. Arrange comments by user, timeline or page.

Image Review
Review a wide range of images including JPG, PNG, EPS etc. Use the pushpin annotation tool or the rectangular annotation tool to add comments.

PDF Tools
Full text search, zoom, page sidebar and comment navigation makes it easy to handle long PDF files.

Shared Workspaces
Everyone given access to shared workspaces can create folders or upload files into the workspace. Your storage space can be shared with Forever Free users as well.

Uploading Revisions
Multiple versions are stacked so everyone is always reviewing the latest revision. You can switch between versions and see if the changes requested have been made.

Compare Versions
Compare the current version of your Video or PDF with any previous versions side by side compare. Sync timelines and page scroll for more effective review.

White Label
Change the logo on the dashboard, update the browser tab name, customize email templates and use your custom SMTP so your customers get mails from a name and email ID they recognise.

Mail Groups
Groups multiple email IDs (internal teams or client teams) for faster file sharing amongst reviewers.
