Goodbye QuickReviewer.
Say Hello to edoro.

In 2018, we set out to make online proofing faster and simpler with QuickReviewer. Today, the scale of creative production has completely outgrown static review loops. To help you automate your workflows, manage complex taskboards, track master timeline calendars, and prove your team’s real-time ROI, we are sunsetting QuickReviewer and introducing edoro—the world’s first agentic content orchestration platform.

Platform Transition Timeline

edoro is not an update or an extension of QuickReviewer. It is a distinct, standalone software platform built from scratch on an entirely different engine. Mark these dates down to ensure an uninterrupted creative loop.

QuickReviewer Platform & Support Sunsets Completely

Servers are securely decommissioned. All non-migrated media, comments, and databases are permanently destroyed to maintain highest GDPR data privacy parameters.

The Next Era of Creative Production Execution

QuickReviewer streamlined static loops. edoro is a fundamentally distinct software platform built on an entirely separate database architecture to transform creative assets into self-orchestrating, event-driven pipelines.

Phase 1: Ingest

Ingest & Optimize

No more messy folder structures. edoro automatically ingests assets, runs AI compliance preflights, and compresses media in the background.

*Next-generation architecture exclusive to Edoro.

Phase 2: Orchestrate

Orchestrate Content

Build event-driven pipelines to automate file conversions, typesetting layouts (InDesign, TeX), and media optimizations (image smushing, audio-to-text). Run deep compliance preflights (WCAG, CMOS/APA) and trigger native integrations (PitStop, Switch) or custom API posts.

Generating typeset layouts with TeX automation script...

Compiling output styles using deep compliance (WCAG 2.1)

Success: Media optimizations compressed and registered!

*Next-generation architecture exclusive to Edoro.

Phase 3: Review

Phase 4: Automate

Automate Workflows

Let intelligent branching logic and ‘worst-outcome’ rules automatically route files and assign tasks without human effort.

Migration Guidelines & Framework

Read below to locate your exact tier, statutory details, and key actions required before sunset parameters apply.

1. Active Support Window

We will continue to actively support, maintain, and run the QuickReviewer platform until October 30, 2026. This gives our users ample time to finalize active projects and transition assets safely.

Ongoing support active

2. The Launch of Edoro

edoro will officially come to life on August 1, 2026. Selected enterprise accounts and beta-enrolled users will gain early access to begin configuring their automated workflows, taskboards, and metadata schemas.

Early preview Aug 1

3. Preferred Rates for QuickReviewer Customers

We value your loyalty. All existing Pro, Premium, and Enterprise users of QuickReviewer will receive preferred, locked-in pricing for edoro for a complete year.

4. Important Notice for Users on Forever-Free Plans

The QuickReviewer Forever-free tier is officially being retired. edoro is built on a brand-new, modern database architecture designed to handle heavy AI processes, custom coding scripts, and real-time Gantt tracking. Because of this high-infrastructure footprint, edoro operates under a completely new pricing model.

Want to lock in your preferred 1-year edoro rates? Simply upgrade to a QuickReviewer Pro, Premium, or Enterprise plan by July 30, 2026. If you’re moving on, don’t forget to download your historic proof data before we officially shut down.

Lifetime deal notice

5. Statutory directive for lifetime deal (LTD) holders

Please read this section carefully if you joined us through a historical one-time purchase or promotional Lifetime Deal (LTD) campaign.

No auto transition

QuickReviewer lifetime deal purchases do not qualify for or carry over to the edoro platform.

Deals stand void

All legacy agreements stand void and terminate permanently when the platform sunsets completely on Oct 30, 2026.

Transition path

To migrate to edoro, lifetime deal holders must subscribe to a new active pricing plan.

homepage

Can I migrate my active review files and comments from QuickReviewer to Edoro?

No. Because Edoro is built on an entirely new system architecture and database framework, active review files and comments cannot be directly migrated. You will need to wrap up your active projects in QuickReviewer before the final sunset and start afresh in Edoro. However, you can take a backup of your historical proofs by selecting ‘download file with comments’ from QuickReviewer for your records.

Note: Your clients and external reviewers will not be able to access old links shared via QuickReviewer after 30-Sep. You must migrate your core asset data to Edoro and reshare the new links with them.

I am currently on an annual QuickReviewer plan. What happens to my remaining balance?

We will honor every dollar of your existing investment. If you choose to transition to Edoro, your pending/unused balance from your QuickReviewer annual plan will be adjusted as a credit toward your new Edoro contract (applied on top of your preferred transition discount). If you choose not to migrate, you can continue using QuickReviewer, and we will continue to support your ongoing subscription until your current term ends. Please note that there will be no option to renew your QuickReviewer subscription once it expires, and no refunds will be issued. For all users on Forever-free plans, the deadline remains September 30, 2026.

I purchased a QuickReviewer Lifetime Deal on AppSumo. Will this carry over to Edoro?

Please note that Edoro is a fundamentally different, next-generation solution built from the ground up. It is not a direct comparison, reskin, or direct iteration of QuickReviewer.

Due to the entirely distinct database architectures, event-driven tracking loops, and extensive AI orchestration features that power Edoro, we are completely unable to support legacy lifetime or one-time payment structures. All legacy AppSumo and LTD promotional contracts apply strictly to the QuickReviewer platform and stand void upon its final retirement on October 30, 2026. LTD users will need to purchase a fresh subscription to access the Edoro platform.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we fully honor the duration of your active agreement. If you choose to migrate to Edoro, any pending, unused balance from your annual QuickReviewer contract will be applied as an adjusted credit directly toward your new Edoro subscription.

If you choose not to migrate to Edoro, you can simply keep using QuickReviewer. We will continue to support your ongoing subscription until your current term ends naturally. The platform will fully sunset once all ongoing paid contracts reach their natural conclusion.

What happens if I do nothing with my QuickReviewer account?

On October 30, 2026, the QuickReviewer servers will be safely powered down. All accounts, project files, and associated reviews that have not been migrated or backed up will be permanently and securely deleted within two weeks in compliance with data privacy regulations.

How do I lock in the preferred Edoro rate if I am currently a Forever-free plan user?

To lock in preferred rates on Edoro for a full year, you must upgrade to the Premium or Enterprise plan of QuickReviewer before July 30, 2026. By upgrading to Premium before this critical cutoff, your account will be marked in our system to automatically receive the 12-month transition discount.

Do my clients or external reviewers need to purchase Edoro accounts to review my files?

No. Just like in QuickReviewer, your clients, stakeholders, and external guest reviewers can view, comment, and sign off on files completely free of charge without needing a paid license. Paid seats are only required for team members who manage projects, design workflows, and assign tasks. However, please note that your clients will not be able to access the links shared via QuickReviewer after the sunset, so you need to migrate your data into Edoro and reshare the files. We are starting afresh with a clean slate.

Will my existing QuickReviewer API integrations, API keys, or webhooks continue to work?

No. Because Edoro is built on an entirely new system architecture with a new database, legacy QuickReviewer API endpoints and webhooks will sunset on October 30, 2026. Our migration architects will work with your technical teams to help transition your custom integrations to Edoro's new, highly scalable API and Webhook suite. Spoiler alert: It is much simpler and robust with edoro.

What happens to our data security and privacy compliance (like GDPR/SOC2) during and after the shutdown?

Edoro maintains strict data privacy standards. All active projects and review data remaining on QuickReviewer servers after October 30, 2026, will be permanently and securely deleted within two weeks. However, please note that your account contact details will be retained for another 6 months so that we can continue to offer and provide you with the best preferred transition rates for Edoro. Under GDPR compliance, we will immediately delete your data upon request if you choose to submit a deletion request prior to this timeline.

Edoro seems much more advanced than QuickReviewer. Will our team receive training?

Dedicated onboarding training is reserved for our active paying QuickReviewer subscribers and Forever-free users who upgrade to Premium before July 30, 2026. For new customers, we have a clear path to set up dedicated team onboarding sessions on a pre-booking basis. Additionally, all migrating users will have access to multiple pre-recorded walkthrough sessions, a comprehensive knowledge base, and Edoro's built-in AI co-pilot designed to guide you through the platform in real time.

How do I get an early preview of Edoro?

We would love to show you under the hood. You can  with our operational architects. We'll give you a beta preview of the new Kanban taskboards, AI workflows, and discuss your transition discount.

Can I schedule a 1-on-1 meeting right now to get a sneak peek at the edoro pricing tiers?

We love the enthusiasm, but our team is fully focused on preparing the automated infrastructure and migration routes for launch. We cannot share insider pricing details, custom packaging, or preview contract rates during 1-on-1 calls before July 30, 2026. If you are an active paying QuickReviewer customer looking to discuss your guaranteed 12-month transition discount path or want a general workflow beta walkthrough, you can absolutely book a call. For pricing-specific inquiries, we ask that you wait for the official public release.

Why are you retiring QuickReviewer?

We realized that rather than trying to patch or update old software, we needed to build an entirely new product category from scratch.

Modern teams need more than comments—they need to link reviews to tasks, build automated stages, check brand compliance with AI, and track timelines. Edoro was built from the ground up to solve these modern operational challenges in a unified interface.
